PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT

Location : Cochin, India

Project Coordinator required assisting the Project Manager – Technical to:

Submit project status reports to the Management

Track the progress in activity and deliverables completion, and quality levels reached against the plans and take actions to recover any discrepancies.

Update project plan as needed.

To manage 3rd party suppliers, internal and external, in order to secure the delivery targets.

1-3 years experience in an organization with time and schedule management experience would be good - but we are willing to accept a candidate with no experience but an intense drive to see schedules and deliverables being met.

Some technical writing experience would be good.

Skills:

1. Very good command of spoken and written English.
2. Must be organized and able to identify schedules and processes.
3. Very good at Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet Research and familiarity with PowerPoint a plus.
